Finalmente, depois de treze anos, o PQPBach traz para os senhores, entusiastas ou não, uma das gravações mais emblemáticas da história da indústria fonográfica do século XX. Amada por uns, odiada por outros, foi minha porta de entrada para o universo handaelino, assim como para muitos outros.

Confesso que até há alguns anos eu tinha medo de postar esse CD. Mas acho que todos merecem uma chance neste mundo. E convenhamos, estamos falando de um dos maiores especialistas na obra de Bach no século XX, antes de Harnoncourt e Cia Ltda, e muito antes de Gardiner, Pinnock, entre outros, Essa sua gravação do Messiah pode até ser considerada um equívoco, mas ajudou a divulgar esta obra prima do barroco, uma das maiores composições e criações do ser humano desde que ele pisou na Terra.

Aqueles que não a conhecem, baixem e tirem suas conclusões, os que a odeiam, ignorem a postagem. Simples assim.
